I have been associated with ACFL since 2017, where I started my career as a Branch Manager and in a year time, I was promoted to the Area Manager position. My association with ACFL for the last 3.5 years is full of experience. ACFL has always promoted their staff basis on their performance and work for their well-being. I thank all my colleagues for their support.

Area Manager (Operations)
Prior of joining ACFL in the years 2017, I had my own Garments shop. My elder brother suggested me to join ACFL, and it is in ACFL that I learned and gained knowledge about micro-finance sector. In just 11-month time I was promoted as Team Leader and then again as Assistant Branch Manager a year later. Seniors have always supported everyone and I know I’ll go a long way.

I joined as the first female Grahak Mitra of ACFL in 2017. It was very new for me, but the support and friendly environment provided by my seniors and colleagues made me to get myself adapt to the work environment very soon. ACFL has always supported their employees, especially the female employees and supported them in all aspects.

My experience in the organization has been great and memorable so far. I see myself as a very different person from the day I joined this organization wherein I had many opportunities to learn and grow in my career within this organization and this has been possible because of support and guidance of my seniors, peers and subordinates.

Senior Executive (HR & Administration)
When I joined ACFL on 1st June 2022, I was nervous and unsure because I had limited experience. During my interview, Gyan Mohan Sir told me that experience would come with time, but the right attitude and willingness to learn mattered the most. Those words gave me confidence and stayed with me throughout my journey. In the last four years from the time I joined as Management Trainee direct from Campus, ACFL has helped me grow not only as a professional but also as a person. Unknown faces became colleagues, mentors, and friends. I learned to take responsibility, trust the process, and keep improving every day. This journey has also connected deeply with my personal life, where trust and commitment became equally important. I am truly thankful to my Seniors for their guidance, belief, and support.
Abhishek Kumar
Deputy Manager (Finance)
I started my journey with ACFL on 8th January 2018 as a Branch Accountant. As a young professional, I wanted to learn and build my career in Accounts and Finance, and ACFL gave me the right platform to grow. With dedication, sincerity, and support from my seniors, I was promoted and transferred to the Corporate Office Accounts Department in 2019, which became a major turning point in my career. At the Corporate Office, I continued learning, taking responsibilities, and improving myself. Over the years, I received four promotions and today I am working as Deputy Manager – Accounts. This journey has been possible because of the trust, guidance, and encouragement I received from Gyan Mohan Sir, Samir Sir, Prasenjit Sir, and the entire Accounts team. ACFL has supported me not only professionally but also personally, especially during difficult times. For me, ACFL is not just a workplace; it is a family.

Deputy Manager (Accounts)
I started my journey with ACFL on 4th October 2021 as a Grahak Mitra at Digha Branch. At that time, it was not just a job for me, but an opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve my goals. As a Grahak Mitra, I learned to connect with customers, conduct group meetings, complete loan processes smoothly, and build strong relationships with clients. With hard work and better performance, I was promoted to Senior Grahak Mitra on 1st July 2023. Later, on 16th April 2024, I got the opportunity to work at Head Office in the Credit & Quality Department. Since 1st April 2025, I have been working with the Credit Team. ACFL has brought positive changes in my personal and professional life. I am thankful to CEO Sir, my seniors, colleagues, and the entire ACFL family for their support and guidance.
