Mr. Rituraj Sinha

Director
Mr. Sinha began his career in banking in the United Kingdom and joined SIS in 2002. At SIS, he held leadership roles in business development, corporate finance and operations before being appointed Group Managing Director in 2017.

Since he joined in 2002, the Group's revenue has grown from ₹25 crore to ₹15,982 crore in FY2026. Over this period, the Group has grown on three fronts:

i) deepening its core Security business into electronic and tech-enabled security.
ii) diversifying its services into Facility Management, Pest Control and Cash Logistics.
iii) expanding geographically into International markets in APAC (Australia, New Zealand and Singapore).

He concluded the first private equity transaction in the Indian security sector in 2007 and has since led 12 acquisitions and 3 JVs with global industry leaders. In 2017, SIS became the first company in its sector in India to list on the stock exchanges.

He chaired the FICCI Private Security Sector Committee from 2014 to 2022 and has served on the Ministry of Labour and Employment's Central Advisory Board and the Ministry of Defence's High-Level Expert Committee. He serves on the boards of the International Security Ligue (Switzerland), and IIM Bodh Gaya.

An alumnus of The Doon School and Harvard Kennedy School, he holds a BBA from Leeds University Business School and an MBA from London Business School. Outside work, he has a keen interest in wildlife.

Mr. Rituraj Sinha is the Managing Director of SIS. He is an alumnus of Doon School and Leeds University Business School. He joined the SIS Group in 2002 after a brief stint in the banking sector in the UK. Over the years, he has built a reputation for himself in the global security and business support services industry by foreign partnerships with global market and leaders and orchestrating game-changing acquisitions. He is active on various industry forums and champions the cause of the private security industry at various government forums and industry associations. In recognition of his exceptional abilities, Rituraj has been featured as YOUNG TURKS by CNBC. He has also been covered by several publications of repute including FORBES magazine and most recently by India Today (Dec 2015 issue) as one of the “29 KarishmaiKarobari” in the country. Rituraj is actively engaged with the government on issues related to private security and its vast workforce.
