Mr. Ravindra Kishore Sinha

Mr. R.K. Sinha is a first-generation entrepreneur and founder of SIS Group. A journalist by background, the foundation laid by him over 30 years back is responsible for making SIS Group a recognized leader in the security and business support services business in the Asia Pacific with over 170,000 permanent employees. He is actively engaged in several philanthropic activities. Mr. Sinha is a former member of the Rajya Sabha. Mr. Sinha has a keen interest in service to society and uplifting the poor and downtrodden. Towards this end, he has founded ACFL as a social enterprise for giving financial assistance to underprivileged women entrepreneurs for bringing them into the financial mainstream.
Mr. Rituraj Sinha is the Managing Director of SIS. He is an alumnus of Doon School and Leeds University Business School. He joined the SIS Group in 2002 after a brief stint in the banking sector in the UK. Over the years, he has built a reputation for himself in the global security and business support services industry by foreign partnerships with global market and leaders and orchestrating game-changing acquisitions. He is active on various industry forums and champions the cause of the private security industry at various government forums and industry associations. In recognition of his exceptional abilities, Rituraj has been featured as YOUNG TURKS by CNBC. He has also been covered by several publications of repute including FORBES magazine and most recently by India Today (Dec 2015 issue) as one of the “29 KarishmaiKarobari” in the country. Rituraj is actively engaged with the government on issues related to private security and its vast workforce.

| Mr. Gyan Mohan is a career banker with exposure in all facets of Banking and Finance including investment and international banking. He has over 40 years of experience in Banking-Finance including Top Management posts in SBI, IDBI Cap, Power Exchange, FSIL, etc. In his thirty years of experience working with SBI, he has been exposed to all facets of banking viz. Retail, Corporate, Investment Banking, and International Banking. His associations with poverty alleviation started with his assignment as Officer-in-Charge of IRDP (Integrated Rural Development Programme) for SBI where he was closely associated with the first significant initiative towards poverty alleviation in India. He was involved in policy-making for poverty alleviation and implementation thereof. Mr. Mohan has worked in investment banking with SBI Capital Markets as SVP & GH (Mergers & Acquisitions & Advisory) and has advised on many privatizations, mergers, and advisory assignments. In the International Banking domain, he has worked as VP (Forex and Money Market Control) at SBI, Frankfurt. Mr. Mohan serves as Director on Governing Board of MFIN. He is the chairman of Task Force on Small and Medium MFIs at Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN) and is an active member of a task force on Credit Bureau and a state initiative task force. He thus participates in key policy-making and advocacy in the MFI Sector. |
Mr. Amrendra Prasad Verma is a former Managing Director and CEO at SBI Capital Markets Ltd. During his long career with them spanning 35 years, he held several varied and senior positions at State Bank of India including General Manager in the International Banking Group, Dy. Managing Director and Group Executive Mid-Corporate at State Bank of India, at India’s largest commercial bank.

A former IPS officer of batch 1975, Mr. Neelmani served as DGP Bihar Police. He superannuated from the Police service in August 2011. After which he joined Bihar Human Rights Commission in December 2011.Mr. Neelmani worked as Chairman, BHRC from September 2013 to March 2014. He holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from Banaras Hindu University.
Mr. D.K. Saxena has 40 Years’ of experience in the field of Audit, Taxation, Textiles, Power, and Banking/NBFC sectors. He has served as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Syndicate Bank from July 2011 to July 2014, appointed by the Government of India, Department of Financial Services. He is also Director in Chitransh Combines Satellite And Films Private Limited. He is B.Com and FCA by qualification and practicing Chartered Accountant.

Mrs. Rita Kishore Sinha has over 30 years of experience in the legal field and is presently enrolled with the Supreme Court Bar Association. She is on the Board of the SIS Group of Companies as a Non-Executive Director. She is a keen enthusiast for social business. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Hindi) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Ranchi University.
Ms. Rivoli Sinha is a professional businesswoman, who is conversant with the nuances of the business. She is the Founding and Managing Director of NurtureU Enterprise Pvt Ltd. NurtureU brought the Australian Juicing revolution “Boost” to India. Prior to NurtureU, she worked with Marriott International for a decade in the USA. Her other work took her to Ritz Carton, Hamburg, Pearl Village Resort, Phuket, and the famous Ski resort of Gstaad in Switzerland. She is also a Director on the Board of Rituraj Resort Limited. Ms. Sinha holds Hotel Management and a business degree from Les Roches, Switzerland.

She is Co-Founder of Dreamcatcher Events Private Limited, an Event Management Firm.
Mr. Rajan Kumar is an experienced businessman with over 25 years of experience in marketing. He founded Shshrut Radiology Imaging And Medical Care Private Limited. He is passionate about the Apparel industry. He is on the Board of August Apparels Private Limited, Goyal Boutique Private Limited, August Infrastructure Company Private Limited.
