I have been associated with ACFL since 2017, where I started my career as a Branch Manager and in a year time, I was promoted to the Area Manager position. Prior of joining ACFL in the years 2017, I had my own Garments shop. My elder brother suggested me to join ACFL, and it is in ACFL that I learned and gained knowledge about micro-finance sector. In just 11-month time I was promoted as Team Leader and then again as Assistant Branch Manager a year later. Seniors have always supported everyone and I know I’ll go a long way.

I joined as the first female Grahak Mitra of ACFL in 2017. It was very new for me, but the support and friendly environment provided by my seniors and colleagues made me to get myself adapt to the work environment very soon.
